Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. I for one did not finish my goals because I got sick and the weekend was very very hectic for me!!! Anyways....

My goals are for this week to do all the contest daily challenges, do at least 100 crunches a day, I am putting the C25K on the back burner for now....but I do want to try to get out and run/jog at least twice this week I want to try to get to running for 10mins straight

Finished last week after 2 weeks of not meeting my goals.

This week:

Exercise 4 times
Log food in MFP at least 6 times
At least 64 oz water per day

I did not log every day last week, so I didn't meet my goals.

My goals this week: log food daily, 3 days run, 2 days lift, and participate in challenges.

I crashed and burned last week. Yet still lost 2lbs... go figure.



this week it's pretty much the same...


3x60 minute walks.

3 days of weights, squats and 15 minutes cardio.

Aiming for 70oz of water.. but seriously I can barely choke down 40.. 30 more is going to kill me. I need to start throwing a diet pepsi in the fridge every night... I've been grabbing DH's rootbeer... oh the calories.

This is also week one of our meal plan. I'd like to stick to it every day.

I made mine!!!! It was rough but I did it.

This week:
- run/walk 20km
- 100 squats a day
- glass of milk a day
- 10 glasses of water a day

I didn't make my goals last week

This week's goals:
*Drink at least 70 oz water/day.
*Strength train at least 4x.
*Run at least 5K.

This week:
Do at least 4 exercise challenges
c25k 3 days
walk/run at least 30 miles

This week was pretty busy for me, plus AF was here, I didn't get to walk on the days in between running. I didn't get to do all the daily challenges.

This week should be a bit better. This week my goals are:

1. Run 5K 4 times
2. Log food daily
3. Walk on days between runs

i met both my goals (drink more water and work out 3x) but did not lose any weight, bummer ((it was our county fair though :-x))

this weeks goals:

drink 6-8 glasses of water every day
workout 3-4 times: do turbo jam at least twice and go for walks at least once or twice this week

I sadly didn't meet my goals It was a hectic week. I was able to do all the exercise challenges though

My new goals this week:
300 squats
100 push-ups
drink more water every day
at least 1 2-mile fitness dvd
Do at least 4 of the exercise challenges
