It's hot so I got out earlier than usual and ran 4 miles. I wasn't out early enough... it was bad!

I ran 5K this morning, and time and beat my time....35:23! Slowly but surely I am getting there. My goal is to get that 5K under 30 mins.

Did about 40 minutes of strength training with dh. (Chest, shoulders, triceps)

did my 100 crunches and have been doing the tpbm challenge other than that nothing with having a 4month with me all day long

TMBM challenge and the push-up tie breaker challenge (I'm still feeling that). I'm also hoping to go on another walk this evening. It's just been so hot & smokey lately that I haven't wanted to get out and walk.

I'm coming in late.. but I did arm work outs and squats yesterday, as well as some cardio. My legs hurt like a bugger.. but I was able to do 15 squats in a set, which since my usual is 10 I was pretty excited about.
