Today's exercise challenge: Focus on biceps and triceps. This challenge is worth 5 points.
If any of the exercise are too difficult or need to be modified, you can replace them with another bicep or tricep exercise of your choice. You can do this in a circuit or do the exercises separately and work them into your regular routine.
15 Bicep curls (using weight of your choice or canned food if you don't have weights)
10 Close-grip push ups ( see link here: How to Do a Close Grip Push Up | Boot Camp Workout for Women - YouTube) (standard or modified, you can do it on your knees like a modified push up)
15 Hammer curls (see link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdWCF9-ZAJI) (using weight of your choice or canned food if you don't have weights)
15 bench or floor dips
I'm so naughty - LOL!! I'm sitting here at the computer and just relaxing. All is quite (a rare occurrence in this house) and I have no big things to do and Kynslee is sleeping in. So.... Why am I thinking of excuses for trying to do this later?
