10min mile today...yesterday was 11:47 almost 12...so I shaved almost 2mins off my time!!!!

So far I've done 20 minutes on the elliptical.
Also did today's fitness challenge and strength training for about 45 minutes, back, biceps and abs

So far I've only done today's challenge. Have a busy day planned so not sure if I'll get more workout in or not. But..... today is my birthday and who wants to spend a 25th birthday exercising? Not me - though I know I really should

Bicep/tricep challenge. That's all...and I seriously had to force myself to do it. This week has been a struggle.
