I wish that I could say I was but I tend to get overly ambitious but then not be able to do everything. I would like to work up to some of my bigger goals. Right now I just want to get back on track and then I'd really like to push myself a little harder and set some challenging goals for myself.

now I am LOL....these weekly goals have made me change my frame of mind when it comes to goals...I was always setting things that I couldn't do...so now I am thinking more about it when it comes to that (exercise wise that is)
always forget to take life into account when I was setting them....now I am learning to do that and then if I do my goals and then some then woohoo for me LOL
I love the weekly goals, its much more tangible than some random long-term number on a scale. I also try to make mine measurable (so x number of something specific), which I found helps. This week however has been a total write-off with nausea and fatigue.
