Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

My goals.

drink 1 gallon of water a day
follow meal plan every day
Strength train at least 5 days.
Elliptical 20 minutes x 3 days

I finished my goals last week FINALLY!!! LOL out of level 7!!!

this week....lets see

I want to do:

500 crunches (500)
500 squats (500)
run at least 2x this week (2x)
get on elliptical 2x this week (2x)
drink lots of water

Ugh. Horrible week. The nausea and fatigue really hit me. Going easy this week since it doesn't seem to be letting up and I am going back to work.

- 10 glasses of water a day
- take my prenatals every day
- walk/run at least 3 times

Last week: done!

This week:

* work out 4 times
* drink at least 64oz water per day
* log food/exercise on MFP at least 6 days
* eliptical at least once

Did mine

This week:
c25k 3 times
walk/run 35 miles total
stay below calories all week
At least 3 exercise challenges

I didn't have any goals last week. So I am still at level 2.

This weeks goals...
-Start tracking my calories again - log everything into MFP
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day
-Cut back to 1 sprite a day
-Work out 3 times this week

I was so close last week, but there was one day I didn't log or participate in the challenges. Oh, well.

This week my goals are:
Run three days (including a 10k race on Sunday)
Weights one day
Eat at least three different veggies daily (weird goal, I know, but I feel like focusing on what I should eat rather than what I shouldn't)
