so far 20 minutes on the elliptical
1 hr strength training lower body and abs
and today's fitness challenge!

just gonna do 100 crunches and 100 squats today...my back is killing me from farm work yesterday and my shoulder still isn't 100% from hurting it

I actually just did some yard work and worked through the pain I had in my arm and back...now that is biting me in the behind...but it was a good workout....

15 -Push ups (modified),
15-mountain push ups
20- large arm circles -clockwise
20- large arm circles -counter clockwise
10- Floor fly push ups (modified)
20 small arm circles -clockwise
20 small arm circles -counter clockwise

We'll see about cardio...not sure I'll get it in.

I did the first part of the challenge, but didn't get any cardio in. Not much to brag about...
