Is there a muscle group or body part you tend to neglect?

I think I have a pretty balanced workout. I try to do two exercises (at least) per muscle group. I think my favorite area to work is my back. I hope one day I have a sexy back and shoulders.

If I workout regularly I workout all my muscle groups through the week.

no I try to get everything in...abs, legs, arms, cardio etc...

I think my workouts are pretty balanced... I neglect all areas equally, LOL!

I don't think so. All of my workouts I do are very balanced and hit every area.

I think I have a very balanced exercise routine/schedule that works all of my muscle groups equally.
