I have divided all my muscle groups over three workouts so that helps to keep my workouts from getting too long. They take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour. Some of them are a little easier than others. Plus, I am trying to do the elliptical for 20 minutes 3x a week.

I workout to chalean extreme and turbofire hybrid schedule and sometimes I take more then the usual time example if workout is 30 mins long I take an hour or hour in a half because I try to workout during babies naps but he's naps usually last about 10 mins so I have to push pause attend him a few mins then go back at it..is it just me??
It's definitely hard for me to find time in the day to have an exact amount all the time, but I try to aim for at least 30min. If I can do an hour or longer that is terrific but my set goal is to do at least 30.
