my goal for the day is to

250 crunches
250 squats
100 calf raises
50 push ups
50 arm exercises
30mins elliptical

and then whatever the daily challenge is for the contest

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Plan to do strength training this afternoon.
Did my strength training. 40 minutes lower body

I did the challenge (core) and then ran little more than 3 miles. I might do some swimming later, too.

ok I decided to go for a mile run/fast walk....did it in 14mins...in 100* heat LOL yeah I am nuts but I wanted to get my calories burned up to 500 and I got one of my runs in for the week...only one more to go LOL
