Breakfast: hot tea and 2 slices of home made bread (toasted) with peanut butter (about 2tblspn)

Lunch: lean cuisine chicken alfredo

Dinner: ribeye steak green beans and potato salad

Snacks: banana

calorie total: 1508
daily allowed: 1500
calories burned: 576

Here's my plan for the day.

Breakfast
˝ cup eggmates w veggies and turkey (12g protein, 2 g carbs, 60 calories)
3 slices of turkey (12g of protein, 3g of carb, 1.5 g fat, 90 calories)

Snack
Sauteed tuna with veggies (26g protein, 2g fat, 120 calories)

Lunch
2 slices of bread (5g protein, 19g of carbs, 2g of fat, 70 calories)
8 oz of ground turkey (42g of protein, 16g of fat, 340 calories)
1 serving broccoli (2g protein, 6g of carbs, 1g of fat, 40 calories)
˝ cup cantaloupe (7 carbs, 26 calories)

Snack
1 vanilla greek yogurt cup (15g protein, 17 g carbs, 130 calories)
1/4 cup peaches (4 carbs, 15 calories)
˝ cup cantaloupe (7 carbs, 26 calories)
2 egg whites (7g of protein, 34 calories)

Dinner
8 oz chicken breasts (48g protein, 2g fat, 260 calories
1 serving broccoli (2g protein, 6g of carbs, 1g of fat, 40 calories)

Snack
Canned chicken (18g of protein, 1 g of fat, 90 calories)

189 g of protein, 71 g of carbs, 26g of fat, 1341 calories

Break Fast: salad w/ lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion, beans, sunflower seeds, vinaigrette

Lunch: hardboiled egg, blueberries

Dinner: chili (meat, beans, onion, tomato, green pepper, corn) Just realized I can't have cornbread b/c of the dairy. Whaaa!

Breakfast: croissant and french vanilla
Lunch: chicken stirfry (snap peas, broccoli, peppers, carrots, sprouts...yum!), chocolate milk
Snack: celery, carrots and cucumber with roasted red pepper greek yogurt dip
Dinner: Wendy's JBC, broccoli potato, fruitopia
Snack: popcorn
