wah! I still have an hour or two before it's time to workout but I'm so not looking forward to it. I hate doing squats when AF is here and my legs are really achy. I don't know if it's water retention from AF or soreness from working out the other day, or doing the elliptical this morning, or what but uggh. I'm not ready.

I want to see my thread say 94 workouts till my new tattoo though so I'm going to make it happen one way or another.

Good luck Patty!! I know it's super hard for me to workout when AF is here - I hate it! But yea for wanting to still try. Good luck and hope you get it done

I love you guys. I did it!!! Woot. 70 lb deadlifts with AF and I'm covered in sweat but I did it. I'm so happy now.

And the funny part. I realized when I was logging my exercise that it was Thursday but I did the elliptical today. I have been trying to do it M W & F so I could have skipped that today! I may not do the elliptical tomorrow because now I met my goal for the week (for elliptical anyway).
