How detailed are you with your meal plan and diet?
I've just started following a strict diet. I've been measuring most of my food but eyeballing some of it like the meat portions. I am going to start weighing my food soon, at least what needs weighed and trying to get my diet more precise. I am already getting a little better with it and I just need to find some more recipes that will work with my diet plan and then I think it will get easier.

I eyeball. As I was stalling on my weight loss I was debating buying a scale assuming my estimates were off though. A friend of mine weighed all her food and lost 150lbs, worked amazing for her! She recently went through a stressful time and is back to weighing her food and taking pictures to make sure she eats enough now.

Sure do! Right down to my ketchup. I measure every.single.thing that goes into my mouth, by grams... and track it, and my cals. It's the only way I can count calories, and be honest with myself. I LOVE doing it, too. I'm a numbers freak.
