today I am gonna go for a run....not gonna focus on just doing a mile...I want to run for at least 5mins before I have to slow down/walk, I have gotten up to 4mins so far LOL (thats why my mile is so slow cause I can't run the whole thing)

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning, which I really did not want to do today. Strength training later. TGIF. Rest day tomorrow!
Did my strength training, back, biceps, and abs.

run/walk 2 miles in 26mins...whew I ran for 6mins straight before I had to walk though! that beats my 4mins straight LOL....Monday I am gonna try for 8mins straight see how I do

but I did a walk/run/walk/run etc type of thing like was C25K does

I did five sets of squat thrusts and the arm routine for the challenges, then ran 4 miles. Tonight at bedtime I'm going to do some yoga, if Johnny Baby will let me!

Did my 45 minute Zumba Activate dvd today (hadn't done it in a while - it was fun! ). Also did todays challenges and my ab challenge for today.
