I did some arm exercises with the 10lb hand weights that was a little rough on my palm but I pushed through that...did 100 crunches 30mins on the elliptical and then I also went swimming today

I went for a 40 minute walk!!!! Well, 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. First time in almost 3 weeks I've finally done something. Hoping that the worst of the fatigue is starting to lift and I can get back into the swing of things.

I did the 54 minute zumba mix dvd today. Also did my ab challenge for today.
