I will update this as people post to it.

How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

Last week done!

This week:

3 workouts (1 fitness blender, 1 elliptical, 1 anything goes)
64oz water every day
Log food in MFP at least 6 days

finished my goals last week! YAY!!! This week my week is gonna look like this:

I want to make a workout schedule for this week and stick to it and drink plenty of water! (will post my schedule when I finish making it LOL)

ok here it is

5 sets of 20 of the following
calf raises

30mins elliptical
200 crunches

baby day gonna keep it light
30mins ellipitcal
100 crunches
100 oblique crunches
100 russian twists

rest day-have a friend coming over this day

run 1 mile
walk 3 miles
100 crunches
100 oblique crunches

5 sets of 20 of the following
bicep curls
hammer curls
reverse fly
cross jab
overhead press

30mins elliptical
200 crunches

Kristy - I love the challenge you have planned for the weekend! I might have to give it a try sometime!

I met my goals last week!! Finally get to move up to level 3!!

Goals for this week:
-Log everything onto MFP
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
-Work out at least 4 times (try one new workout video)
-Do my ab challenge every day

I did not meet my goals last week but I feel good still. I changed my meal plan which screwed me up and I didn't drink all my water.

This week I'm making my goals simple. Get to "80 Workouts till my new tattoo" by next week.

DH is working late most days this week, so getting a workout in will be a challenge.

My goals:
Log food and calories each day
Choose healthier options
Workout twice
~ Loving being a mom ~

I met my goals for last week.

My goals this week:
1) run 15+ miles
2) make two weeks' worth of lunch and dinner menus
3) eat three or more vegetables daily

I met my goals for last week! Lost 5.5 pounds!

Still can't work out yet so my goals are;
Hit my points for Weight Watchers without going over
Go for a long walk at least 4 times

Made mine again

This week I'm keeping them simple because I have a lot going on.
Stay under calories all week
run 3 times
drink at least 3 liters of water a day

I did not. This whole going back to work full-time thing with a non-sleeping teethy baby while battling pregnancy fatigue is kicking my butt!

- walk/run 3 times
- 10 glasses of water a day
- bring my lunch to work at least twice

I made last week's goals!

This week:
I'm upping my water intake, aiming for 80 oz/day.
Work out at least 4 times (1 down yesterday, so 3 to go!)
