It took me a while to put my new meal plan together, but I'm happier because I have my calories where I need them to be now.

Breakfast
cup eggmates (12g protein, 2 g carbs, 60 calories)
3 oz of ground turkey (16g of protein, 6g of fat, 128 calories)
1 slices of bread (2.5g protein, 9.5g of carbs, 1g of fat, 35 calories)

Snack
cup low fat cottage cheese (14g of protein, 6 g of carbs, 80 calories)
cup cantaloupe (7 carbs, 26 calories)

Lunch
6 oz tilapia (30g of protein, 1.5 g of fat, 135 calories)
1 serving brocoli (2g protein, 6g of carbs, 1g of fat, 40 calories)
cup white rice (3g of protein, 35 g of carbs, 150 calories)
tbspn butter (3.5g of fat, 35 calories)

Snack
1 vanilla greek yogurt cup (14g protein, 17 g carbs, 130 calories)
1cup watermelon (12 carbs, 46 calories)

Dinner
2 slices of bread (5g protein, 19g of carbs, 2g of fat, 70 calories)
8 oz of ground turkey (42g of protein, 16g of fat, 340 calories)
box spinach (3g of protein, 4g carb, 30 calories)

Snack
Canned tuna fish (32g of protein, 2g of fat, 140 calories)
1 tbsp light mayo (1g of carbs, 3.5 g of fat, 35 calories)
1 vanilla greek yogurt cup (14g protein, 17 g carbs, 130 calories)
1cup watermelon (12 carbs, 46 calories)

189 of protein, 128.5g of carbs, 36.5g of fat, 1656 calories

Breakfast: water and 2 slices of pb toast (homemade bread) and some bigelow chai tea (nothing added to it)

Lunch: chicken ceasar salad with lite ceasar dressing

Dinner: home made mashed potatoes, hamburger on a bun with 1/4 slice muenster cheese

Don't judge...today was a nauseous day!

Breakfast: cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, hot chocolate
Snack: watermelon
Lunch: beefaroni
Snack: mini bag of chips
Dinner: grilled chicken, perogies and mixed veg
Snack: mini bag of cheesies
