I did 40 minutes of strength training, back and biceps.

I did 40 minutes of a zumba dvd. Kind of upset that I couldn't do the whole thing - it is one I bought off of ebay and it freezes 40 minutes into it (I think it is supposed to be 60 minutes long). Will do my daily ab challenge right before bed.

so far I did my ab routine for today and still need to do 30mins on elliptical
