if hauling tornado debris counts then I did that for 3 hours

My workout today was 4.77 miles in 51:10. It really sucked today.

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning and strength training this afternoon - back, biceps and abs.

I got to 15 minutes on the elliptical, when I usually could only do 10 and still did my 10 minutes on the rowing machine. My arms are not quite working right now though

add another 2 hours to that I went down to another neighbors house and started helping him out too....think we will be down there again today helping however we can....but I am totally gonna count that as a workout as I was so sore afterwards!!!
