hopefully I'll still be able to do some squats....calf raises are out of the question though for sure....modified pushups should be okay and walking isn't so bad....no running....gonna try the elliptical today too see how that feels

Be careful! Both of my ankles and knees have been badly injured multiple times (which is how my military career ended), as each injury took less stress than the previous one. As soon as you feel even the tiniest pain, stop! It's better to miss a few days of working out then spending every morning playing Russian Roulette to see if you can walk that morning or if you have to dig out the braces

yeah I didn't do anything yesterday at all...figured why risk it? Feels better today....so hopefully I can get something in today

Trying a few cycles of clomid and progesterone. FX this is all it takes.

Think I just twisted it a bit...its fine....too bad I can't say the same for me being tired...just can't seem to find the energy to do anything! UGH Stupid AF my iron is already low and it just plummets during AF blah...I really need to look into some iron pills to take during this time or maybe a multivitamin with extra iron, I need it anyways
