I have been having some bad pain in my knees so I went the the physical therapist and they said my knees aren't aligned correctly so my other muscles are compensating for it when they shouldn't be or whatever. So now I can't run for at least 3 weeks while they work on getting them back to how they should be and strengthening up some other muscles so there is less stress on those. I just finished week 2 of my C25K too so hopefully I can pick up there In 3 weeks. Sorry I can't help with the groups mile count anymore!
Thanks everyone! I am already feeling better staying off them and doing my prescribed exercises. Which makes me want to run but I know if I do what they say only 3 weeks and then I shouldn't have to take any more breaks cause of my knees.
