Hi, I'd like to join in. My name is Teri. I do strength training and running (more running than strength, but I try to do both). I've fallen off the fitness wagon and trying to get back on track. I've been watching here for a little while. I work a lot so I don't have time to post all the time, but will try to jump in on the posts that I can. I hope it's okay if I just jump in on your challenge threads. I think they will help keep me on track.
Welcome! We'd love for you to join in our challenge threads! For me they work great for getting exercise in here and there. We also have weekly goals and stats threads you might want to participate in. I usually post those on Monday.
