Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

Missed one of my goals last week Busy week at work so I'm going to go easy on myself....

- Drink my water
- Veggies with lunch
- Walk once

I FINALLY MADE MY GOALS

Goals for this week:

- get in my scheduled workouts (T, W, R, S, N)
- drink at least 64 ounces of water each day

Didn't have any goals last week.

Goals for this week:
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water
-Start tracking my food again
-Take "before" pictures
-Take "before" weight and measurements
-Work out at least 4 times this week

Drink at least 144oz this week (24oz a day)
exercise at least 3 times (I say this because depending on the baby I may or may not get in a workout if he sleeps or not today and Thursday)
If I do not exercise stay under 1500 calories for the day
stick to my food schedule that I plan out each morning for myself do NOT STRAY!!!

only time to add anything in during the day is when I exercised and need more calories

My weekly goal...Do not go over my weight watchers points, lose 2 lbs, drink more water.

I made my goal last week, didn't go over points and lost 7.5 lbs. Drank 5-6 glasses of water which is a lot for me!!
