I'm trying to start again. But it's really pretty impossible to work out at home, and we're not in the best area for just going for walks. I get paid Monday though, and there is a gym in this area that's $9.95 per month. I really do need to be more intentional with my eating as well. I've just been eating junk, because I'm always tired (I work 8pm-4am 5 nights a week). I have no idea what weight I'm at and I'm not sure I want to know!! But getting a scale is something else I will have to do in the near future as well. Want to see how things go the next few weeks before I really set any goals, because I don't even know where I'm at right now.
