How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

i met my exercise goals but did not log during the weekend....ohh well

this week I am gonna focus less on logging food more on exercising...so I want to at least log in everyday to MFP....exercise 4x...drink water every day!

I did it!!! It feels really good to log again. And I maintained my weight. So this was an awesome goal for me.

This week:
- Log food everyday
- one workout
DS1: C 8/12/2012
DS2: L 3/30/2014

My goal this week has been to complete this 30-day squat challenge. So far I have done...

1/17: 50
1/18: 55
1/19: 60
1/20: 65
1/21: 70
1/22: 75

I only have 4 more days of the week, so I think I've done well so far No scale as of yet, so just going by my activity.
