I thought I would help Kristy out and post our weekly goals this week. I don't know about you guys but writing down goals for the week always gives me a little extra motivation to get up and move and to eat better.

Post your goals for the week here. Also let me know if you accomplished your goals from last week. I don't think any body posted goals last week. So let's post some this week and work hard!!

apparently I didn't set goals last week, which is a shame because I did make the goals from the week before. LOL.



This week:
Do the Darkhorse video 3x or more
get in 2 walks or more
Drink mostly water

Cycle 1: Clomid cd3-7 ~ bfn
Cycle 2: Clomid cd 3-7 ~ beta negative (< 3)
Cycle 3: Lap on cd 2 - Femara cd 3-7 - Testing Christmas Day

This week I want to exercise 4 out 7 days, drinks lots of water, and stay under my calorie goal.

I set goals last week but didn't post them but I didn't meet them because we were without power for 2 days which made life hard.

My goals for this week
1. work out 5 days for 60 minutes
2. drink at least 64 oz of water daily
3. Keep doing weight watchers and stay within my daily point range for atleast 6 days.

I haven't been around lately. I'll try, though!

This week my goals are to stick with my training plan for the week, go to bed no later than 11pm (except Friday, I work late); and drink at least 3 quarts of water each day.
