Actually, my weight loss has been at a standstill so I was talking to DH about PiYo or 21 day fix. I asked him again about it last night because I'm friends with a few beachbody coaches on FB and they gave me information on what they offer. DH said to be patient, he has a surprise coming for me.

I'm pretty sure it's either PiYo or 21 day fix I imagine it's Piyo because that's the one I was talking about the most.

Amy Piyo looks interesting and I've heard great things about 21 day fix. Both look like great programs. You'll have to let me know which you get and how it it.

It got Focus 25 which I have started and it's hard but fun. We shall see if it helps me lose these last 5 lbs which is now 6 after vacation..lol.

I have seen piyo here and there, but not taken the time to find out more about it. I should look it up!

It has been a long time since I did anything different, but with longer and longer runs I've been able to try going out much farther from home than I normally do.

I also have new shoes, just arrived! I can't wait to try them, even though DD is very disappointed that they aren't pink!

I want to try Zumba andjoin a Zumba class; my friends always told me that Zumba is a great andeffective workout. I hate dancing but I really want to try this because of myfriend's positive feedback. Maybe this exercise can help me in losing someweight.

I did Zumba for awhile last year and it is a lot of fun. I'm not a fan of dancing either and I'm not coordinated at all but it was fun. And it was a good workout. I did Insanity for awhile this year and that was definitely a workout. I only did it a couple times a week for a few weeks but I did notice a difference. And there was no dancing.
