So what workout is on your agenda today? Have you completed it today? What's on your menu for today? Have you been eating healthy this week?





I completed my workout this morning at 6:00 a.m. It was an early morning for us at my house. I did a workout combining weights with tabata's. It was a good hard workout.


I have been eating really healthy this week. I always do good during the week. The weekends are what I have trouble with. For breakfast I had an egg white omelet. Lunch is some homemade chicken salad. And for dinner we are having a leg of lamb that I picked up at the store yesterday. I've never cooked leg of lamb so hopefully it will be tasty.

I did my PiYo exercise and have been cleaning a bunch today. I have been eating really good lately. I'm proud I had a Nestle Boost for breakfast, greek yogurt and cantelope for lunch and I made lettuce wraps (for me) for dinner. DH isn't a fan of lettuce wraps so he made cheese dip for himself for dinner... LOL!

Today was my day off from my work out, usually i do my elliptical and i'm up to 25 minutes on it I ate cereal for breakfast, ate left over chili for lunch/dinner and had some saltines for a snack lol I choose things to eat that are within my calorie count for the day.
