HC Meal w/desert and diet pepsi

Snack:
nacho cheese grips

Dinner:
Beef Tip w/gravy over egg noodles, peas and carrots

Breakfast ~ Raisin Bran with a sprinkle of sugar and skim milk

Lunch ~ A couple of handfuls of trail mix, I wasn't real hungry

Dinner ~ I don't know yet, good question

Breakfast - Slimfast Shake, Banana

Lunch - 2oz Chicken Breast on a Bun with cheese, 1 cup grapes

Snack - Slimfast Snack Bar

Dinner - Salmon fillet and ? ? ?

Snack - Probably microwave popcorn and fruit or pudding and fruit
