Here I am almost a month post partum- 30 lbs are off. Now the hard part of diet and exercise begin. 45 lbs to go. I'm giving myself until December to get it off. I get the go ahead to go back to the gym the end of this month. Wish me luck! B)
I'm getting a Curves membership for Mothers Day so I plan to go there 3-4 times per week.( my mom is joining with me!) I will also watch what I eat and drink lots and lots of water. I also want to use some type of appetite surpressant but the one I used after Ryan was born is off the market. I will have to go over my choices... I'll let you all know how it goes!
