30 mins on the elliptical, as usual. Haven't done it yet, but I will. I am proud of myself, beccuase yesterday I was laying around watching tv, and I got up and did an extra 15 mins on the elliptical! Total of 45 mins yesterday!!!

DOWN: 20 min. on the elliptical

TO GO: at least 40 min. of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike)

I have decided to do weights every other day like I am supposed to and do cardio every day.

Nothing again today... another lunch meeting. This is going to be a bad week for xcercise.

I ended up hitting the gym. I got in 15 mins on EFX machine, 25 mins with weights, and 20 min on the treadmill walking.

i did my WATP 4 mile video but only 2 miles of it. we had a busy day.

Okay, so I went to the gym ran 1.5 mile on the treadmill and walked the other .5 mile. Also did some weights, and now I'm about to do some crunches .. I'm starting to give up hope when it comes to my stomach. It's just a big saggy mess
