how do you keep from gaining over the weekend?

I think the weekends are what is causing me to be stuck at the same weight. I do great during the week, then gain it all back on the weekend.

The weekends are my problem too. I notice that if I stay busy and dont have too much down time I dont think about food, and drinking more water is a good idea too. Thats where I have my problems as well. Weightloss is so hard.

hmmmm, weekends aren't to bad for me. Are you eating out a lot? Possibly try eating at healthier places or ordering healthier? I know I am not good about that but we never eat out. Load up on salads with light dressing.
