When you were pregnant, were you active or did you let exercise fall by the wayside? If you haven't had a baby yet, do you plan to exercise?

I made sure I walked a ton and I lifted weights for awhile. I was working MWF from 6:00am-2pm so I was so tired that I stopped doing weights and took a nap instead I took my walks after the nap!

I just found out that I am pregnant and have been working out with a trainer for over a year so far. I definitely plan to continue to exercise for as long as I am able throughout my pregnancy. I have a heart rate monitor that I wear during my cardio, and weight train 2-3 times a week at least.

I really don't want to fall off the wagon, but I realize that depending on how I feel, I may not make it to the gym as often as I'd like at times!

I didn't do a very good job with it with Leo. I did workout some with Megan, but not enough. I always say I will workout and morning sickness wipes me out and gets me off of my routine. Next baby I am going to try and do better with that.
