What time of day do you exercise? Morning, evening, afternoon?

Do you exercise at the same time each day or do you do it different times each day?

What about your kids (if you have kids) or dh?

Teresa

It varies--I usually walk in the am, but it depends on the babies! I prefer am, but I usually do weights in the pm
