have you guys heard this?? i've read it in several places, to lose tummy inches get at least 3 servings of dairy every day. That many women give up dairy first thing after pregnancy to lose the weight and end up sabotaging themselves cause its tummy weight they need to lose and dairy actually helps do that. I think its working too! My stomach is smaller than it was when I got pregnant with Ember! which really isn't that small, but its something!

another thing i wanted to add is that if you plan on taking calcium supplements, you need to make sure you are taking a good amount of potassium either in the foods you eat or as another vitamin, because without it.. because without it.. your body can not absorb the calcium fully.
