i do i do!!! i love having a specific weigh in day. it's so much more accurate and it stops us from going insane when one day we weigh in at ### and then the next day we weigh in higher, when all it really probably is is water weight.
so i weigh in sunday morning after i pee and before i take my shower. i weigh in completely unclothed. i know im probably sounding insane, but one pair of pants may make a higher weigh in one week than another pair or pants the next week. so i find that unclothed is the most accurate for me to keep track.
