Anybody have any ideas? I am the type of person, that eats what sounds good, and don't eat according to the "food pyramid" at all. I have been getting the "south beach diet" lunchables and they are really good, and they actually fill me up, but I don't know how that works, etc. I have gained 15 pounds since the start of summer, and I can't stand the fact that my jeans don't fit me!! i just really want to be back to 130 like I used to be in HS. I mean i'll be happy to maintain at 140.

i've seen a book on the south beach diet at my bookstore... i dont' know anything about it.. but if you are interested in it.. you might want to get the book and read up on it so you have a better idea on how to follow the diet.
