If you don't mind me asking what kind of plan are you on? Within the last year and half I've gone from 120(at most) to 190 back down to 160, due to starting and stopping the depo shot. My poor body doesn't know what's going on. (Once I got it out of my system the wieght has just fallen off) . To make it even more confused I had a m/c a few months back.
Anyway, I'm trying to get healthy again (and get to a healthy wieght), and I'm starting to research exercise programs and healthy living. And was interested in what you were doing.
I do weight watchers, I dont exercise, and I haven't been drinking water like your s'pose too do. But each person's body is different. I try new things each week. Next week to lose the remaining weight, I might drink 8 cups of water. I have been on WW so long that my body is almost immuned to it, so I have to switch things up each week.
and jcat, i did the depo shot when i was a teen and i went from 110 to 160 and then couldn't take it anymore so i got off of it. i dropped the weight so fast! i was back down to 110 when i got pregnant with my frist son. good luck with the weight loss.
