They can answer most of your questions. They have two different systems now, the point system where you basically eat what you want. Food is assigned points and you are allowed so many points a day, so when you reach the alotted points your done eating for the day. So if you pick bad stuff your going to be done fast! They also have another one now where you don't count points, you just pick the foods on the list. I like the points idea. That way if i want to save up my points for a night out or have a piece of pizza i can.

welcome april! ww is a great program! linda pretty much said it right! you can also ''buy'' back points with activity. certain amounts of activity gives you back eating points. but if you eat your allowed points for the day AND work out but don't use those eating points you gained back then you can get some faster results! also water water water!!!!!
