okay, so I have always been a stick.. well so far I have lost 23 pounds, and have 14 more to go.. I will honestly be happy with 10 4 now and the rest later.. but all I do is eat.. and carbs too.

I am breast feeding, and feel so limited in my diet, cause I don't want to give my baby girl gas..

any advice ladies

I just wanted to let you know that WW has a diet for women who are breast feeding. Want more info? http://www.weightwatchers.com

I kind of know how you feel. I am ALWAYS hungry!!! I am not eating very well either, even though I'm nursing. But I am losing weight. I'm below what I weighed before I got pregnant. It has to be nursing. But I too would like to eat better. I think I'm going to check out the WW site.

I went to weight watchers online and went through the first part of the sign up. It asks if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, I chose breastfeeding and this is the message I got:

"At this time, our offerings are not suitable for women who are breastfeeding. Although Weight Watchers Online and Weight Watchers eTools are not suitable for nursing moms, Weight Watchers Meetings do offer a plan specifically designed for new mothers."

So I guess its for meetings only. I plan to do it online. I don't have time to go to the meetings. If any of you do it let me know what you think and what they do different from the regular weight watchers.

Yeah i think you have to go to the meetings. the online version you don't get a book, its all calculated online, and evidently they don't have the breastfeeding points on there. maybe i should just get the book.

I dont go to meetings, I ordered my books online, but you can go to meetings to get the books. I think its cheaper to just order the books online, and do it yourself. But if you need support WW meetings are great! The books might have changed also, I got my books almost 2 yrs ago.

A friend of mine has lost 56 lbs since the birth of her son and is breastfeeding. SHe said she gets an extra 10 points since she is nursing.
