I've decided to start a "diet" but I'm fitting in the foods I love so it won't be hard!
I am a breastfeeding mommy, so I still need extra calories each day, so that helps some! LOL!

I've decided for breakfast I can either have:
1 Lean Pocket (I usually have the bacon and egg one)
1 Chocolate Milk (It's my high protein, low sugar one that I *love!!!*)

-or-

1 small bowl of cereal
1 small piece of fruit (or 1/2 a banana)

For Lunch, I can have either:
1 TV Dinner (I bought some Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, and Night Hawks, all under 400 calories)

-or-

Leftovers if I made something earlier that week
1 veggie

For Dinner, I can:
Eat out at a fast food place, but try to make sure I get a smaller portion (aka the kids meal or a salad or something)
-or-
Make a meal


For Snacks, I am letting myself eat veggies with lite ranch dressing (carrots, celery, cucumber as I hate veggies! And not a ton of dressing either!)
-or-
Fruits by themselves or dipped in a little bit of lite vanilla yogurt.


I've decided that since eating out at night is my biggest thing, I should eat LESS earlier in the day and snack on healthy stuff instead of cookies, chips, etc.

Let's hope this works!

that sounds like good guidelines and you're giving yourself a choice so you won't get bored or feel stuck. good luck with it!

also i forgot to post on here that BFing moms who eat more carbs than fat lose weight faster! so eat your healthy breads, pastas, cereals, etc instead of chips, cookies, poptarts, etc and the weight will come off easier and you will feel more energized.
