I've just ordered this from Ebay and I'm soo excited. I've recently started a vigorous workout this week, pilates and using my elliptical machine but I did tae bo last fall and loved it so i'm excited to get this and start my boot camp..

what programs or plans do you all have in place to start losing weight?

after my 6wk PP appt. i plan on doing this program called Power90 and doing the Body for Life program.

Power90 is a combo of aerobics and strength training and BfL is weight training and running. I think if i do both i'll get back to where i was before i got pregnant. I cant' wait to start.

I did the body for life about 2 years ago. and I LOVED IT! I just don't have a membership right now and with really no exercise equipment at home it's soo hard to do the exercises he requires.

GREAT program though. I LOVED it.

I do pilates and love it. I have the winsor with the resistant bands..I just rotate out daily through the different body parts plus I do jog on a the treadmill a couple times a week.

A few years ago I took a kickboxing class and loved it. However, I have a bad knee and the doc. said no more of that

I DID POWER 90 LAST YEAR AND LOVED IT! I'M DOING SLIM IN 6 THOUGH BEFORE I START IT AGAIN AFTER I HAVE THIS BABY!
