Breakfast=7 points
3 oz tuna (packed in water)
2 slices white bread
1 tsp light mayo
1 banana
water

I've been bad so far.. I started out good

b- protien shake with banana mixed in and a nectarine

s- 3 choc chip cookies

l- balonge sandwich with lettuce

s- nature valley sweet and salty bar (2 of them)

i've been bad too.. lol but i'm not officially starting either..

but here's how bad i've been.

B- Bowl of Honey Nut Chex with skim milk

S- Peach

L- Cheeseburger w/ fries and Ice tea

S- Plum

D- Italian Sausage on a bun w/ a side of Watermelon

well, it's now late lunch time and i have no idea what im going to have...

ETA:
lunch/dinner=12 points
4oz burger
1 slice cheese
1 hamburger bun
1/2 canteloupe

and i had a snack earlier=2points
baked lays potato chips

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled with fat free cream cheese and sprinkled with ground flax

Lunch: Tuna mixed with mayo, onion and tomato

Dinner: steamed veggies with chicken salad
