Dottie's Weight Loss Zone

That is a great site for WW info.. she has info on restaurants and everyday foods all with the allowed points listed beside that item.

just go to the site map amd go from there.

there are restaurants listed with points and food lists with point info and even recipies! and so much more.. I couldn't find any recent data on the point system in my links most were dead.

BUT

in my info that I have at home (it's about 5yrs old) but still pretty accurate it says this..

CURRENT WEIGHT........................DAILY POINT RANGE

Less than 150lbs - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 18 - 23

150 to 174lbs - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 20 - 25

175 to 199lbs - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 22 - 27

200 to 224lbs - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 24 - 29

225 to 250lbs - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 26 - 31

Over 250 lbs - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 28 - 35
***********************************************

A trick I learned was when you get close to graduating into the next point range skip down a few pounds before to boost your metabolism..like I'm at about 205-206 so instead of eating in the 24-29 point range I'm starting in the 175-199 lbs range(22-27points) it helps me adjust too to the new lessened points allowed.

that is any other day than today. b/c I was bad..

so to answer your question. lol. you would be in the less than 150 range of 18-23 points per day. I don't think height matters.. ETA at least it's never been mentioned to me or in any of my books.

awesome...and charity i CANNOT beleive you posted dotti's weightloss zone! i had looked it up yesterday to post it here cause i LOVE that site! how weird!

i new iwas somwhere in the 20-22 point range. i do the same thing with the lessening points! lol

i have read that you should add 2 points per BF..but i think that is too much so im just going to see what works and if i notice my milk decreasing i will increase my food and water. but yesterday i ate so little and thought for sure ididn't eat enough, but my milk supply went UP!!!

I THINK THEY'VE CHANGED THE WEIGHT WATCHERS POINT SYSTEM THOUGH...THEY GIVE YOU ONE NUMBER OF POINTS.....IT'S NOT THE RANGE OF POINTS ANYMORE.....ATLEAST WHEN I DID IT ONLINE BEFORE I GOT PREGGY THAT'S WHAT IT WAS! I MAY BE WRONG THOUGH!

if you do the original 123 program you still go by a range. i do the flex plan, so i get one number and can flex if i want.

i think they work the same, it's just they have to come up with new stuff to keep it fresh....i like having the extra points but i LOVE when i don't have to use them.

usually i can have 20 points..but with BFing, i can have 30. i think that is a great point range. cause i tried 20 points for about 2 days while BFing and i was starving cause he was taking so much from me. so 30 is great. i think he will eat about 10 points worth of food from me easily!

Hi guys. I just started back on Weight Watchers last week. I have done it a few times in the past. I am not going to the meetings, just using my old books. I noticed you guys talking about the Flex plan and I was curious about it. Do you just have 35 extra pts a week. Are the point ranges the same as before. That just seems like a lot of extra pts. If someone would explain I would be so grateful.
