Just so our long term goals don't get lost in the hussle or seem unreachable, lets all set monthly goals that I can add to the chart. Like you wanna lose 5 or even 10lbs that month. that way every week we can see how close we are getting to that goal rather than seeing that we still have like 50lbs to lose (like me lol)
oh and do you all want to give a starting weight for the chart? that way we can see how far we've come once we hit each monthly goal.
how does this sound? Any other idea's you'd like to see in the chart?
