I had my daughter 8 days ago and cant wait to get back to the gym I have already started to lose weight from breastfeeding but I want to get back to normal asap is 2 weeks ok f I am healthy and had a easy labor I worked out when I was pregnant too and it made my labor really easy. I already fit into most of my clothes I just want to tone my tummy up and be active again what do you guys think?
