Hey Val.....thanks, glad to be here......ok I have just started on a new workout dvd, its one by cindy crawford that she did after she gave birth and so its designed for women to get back into pre pregnancy shape......its a slow to tough workout in 3 sections. I have been doing it for the last few days. I am really really miserable...............I need to lose 18lbs to get back to my pre preg weight. I hate looking at myself. I was always 120lbs! or less at the best of my times. All my friends and cousins who have had babies before me have got their shape back and now I am just a frump compared to them......I feel so not good with myself. But I am soo determined, and am sick and tired of people saying "ooohh you look healthy" HUH! I know very well what they mean! they mean FAT................sorry venting it all out.
well, first if all 18 pounds is not much! there are some woman who start off overweight and have a lot more to lose than 18 pounds to be at their goal. including me!
eat a good diet. eat from the food groups. and use portion control. before going for seconds or a HUGE helping of something, opt for more of the healthy food and let your food settle before going for a second round.
