i think i gained like 2 pounds this week...so yesterday i got out my journal and used my points calculator and was STRICT about my eating yesterday.
now usually at the end of the day you weigh in a little higher than what you would in the morning (i know i always do)...well last night before bed i weighed in just to see and i lost 1/2 pound in my day! how kewl is that?! just goes to show how much of a difference can be made instantly from eating better!
I am bad about weighing myself... I step on the scale every day atleast once if not twice..
My weight changes to losing to gaining alot of weight..... I guess that is why they tell you not to weigh yourself more than once a week....

o i had to have dh hide my scale last year when i was doing ww because i was weighing myself too much. only on weigh-in day would he bring it out and then after my morning weigh-in, it went back into hiding.
I don't have scales, I weight at DHs mother's house. He says that I would obsess over them too much..I don't think I would..now when I first started SB I did, but now I don't worry since I am pretty much at goal and the scale won't tell me if I have lost inches
