Breakfast

Whole Wheat bagel w/1 tbsp light cream cheese


Lunch

chicken roll-up on Italian Herb flatbread w/
co-jack cheese, lettuce, cucumber, onion & tomato
tbsp light mayo
tbsp light italian dressing


Dinner

2 oz cubed steak
baked potato w/butter & FF sour cream
1 c. green beans

Snacks

1 Guilt Free Fudge bar

30 Carrot Chips

ooo i know this because i journaled yesterday!!!

breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp br.sugar

snack:
1 quaker oatmeal raisen granola bar
1 mint skinny cow ice cream sandwich

lunch/dinner:
6 oz. chunk light tuna (packed in water)
1 tsp light mayo
1 quaker apple cinnamon rice cake
lettuce leaves (to wrap tuna in)
1 banana

snack:
1.5 cups of pasta salad (BAD choice...lol)
1 month skinny cow ice cream sandwich

POINTS TOTAL: 29.5 (i am allowed 30 for BFing, but i have been trying to goal at about 20-22 points. i think i will use the extra points i used towards my flex points)

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 egg white scrambled with low fat cream cheese & sprinkled with 1 tablespoon ground flax
Snack: 1 serving of almonds
Lunch: Tuna Pouch..(yep, that's it..i was in a hurry this mornign and just grabed it while I was running out the door)
Dinner: 1 medium chicken breast, 1 sweet potato and 2 cups broccoli
Snack: 1 small apple with 1 tablespoon sugar free peanut butter.

Calories: 1150
Fat: 43--35%
Carbs: 66--19%
Fiber: 14
Protein: 125--46%

I also wanted to add that the bagel sounds yummy..I haven't had a bagel in over a year
