small cheeseburger w/light mayo, mustard, onion & pickle
kids order of FF

Dinner

Grilled chicken breast salad w/gr. peppers, cucumbers, tomato, carrots & lettuce w/light Italian dressing

Breakfast:2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled in low fat cream cheese with 2 tablespoons ground flax sprinkled on top

Snack: 1 serving of almonds

Lunch: 2 cups broccoli and 1 serving sugar free jello with strawberries in it.

Dinner: 7.4oz. chicken breast, 1 medium sweet potato

Calories: 885
Fat: 35--38%
Carbs: 48--18%
Fiber: 11
Protein: 93--45%

val, looks like you are more tempting with spices (garlic) how is Christian doing???

Breakfast
Oatmeal with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

Snack
1 cup of red seedless grapes

Lunch
chicken leg and thigh with carrots

snack
4 tortilla chips.. 1/2 cup of teddy grahams

dinner
10 oz steak with 1 large sweet potato and corn

snack
vanilla soy ice cream on a waffle cone

breakfast: nothing because of weigh in
snack: carrots and 100 cal snacks
lunch: salad with lettuce, carrots, croutons, and ham sliced up... watermelon and strawberries
snack: pita chips
dinner: boneless pork loin, baked potato with spray butter, and green beans
snacks: I had like 7 points to use at 10pm, so I had a serving of Cheetos for 4 points and had a rootbeer float with 2 point ice cream and diet root beer!

bea, as i was eating it i was like...umm should i be doing this. i don't think he did too bad, but it isn't something i willbe eating again anytime soon.

I totally notice her gas getting so much better. knock on wood.. I think they are getting stronger bellies now.. can't wait to eat all again in about 1 mos
