breakfast: nothing because of weigh in
snack: carrots and 100 cal snacks
lunch: salad with lettuce, carrots, croutons, and ham sliced up... watermelon and strawberries
snack: pita chips
dinner: boneless pork loin, baked potato with spray butter, and green beans
snacks: I had like 7 points to use at 10pm, so I had a serving of Cheetos for 4 points and had a rootbeer float with 2 point ice cream and diet root beer!
